No. There's no call-out fee anywhere we work. Prices are the same across our whole area, quoted plus VAT and agreed before any work starts.

Most of our work is within about an hour of Southwell. Towns at the edge of our area — Hinckley, Market Harborough, Boston and Spalding are around 65–80 minutes away — are best booked ahead. The High Peak and the Lincolnshire coast are outside our regular area, so call us first.

In England you're responsible for drains that serve only your property and sit inside your boundary. Pipes shared with neighbours and pipes beyond your boundary have been the water company's since 1 October 2011: Severn Trent across Nottinghamshire and most of Derbyshire and Leicestershire, Anglian Water across most of Lincolnshire and in Market Harborough, and Yorkshire Water around Chesterfield. Road gullies belong to the council.
