2.How we use cookies
We group cookies into four types:
- Strictly necessary — keep the website, online booking and your customer account working securely. The law doesn’t require consent for these.
- Analytics — show us which pages help people and how visitors find us. Used only if you say yes.
- Marketing — let Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries and bookings. Used only if you say yes.
- Third-party embeds — Google Maps and YouTube, which load only when you choose to open them.
When you first visit, our cookie banner asks for your choice. “Accept all” and “Reject all” are equally easy, nothing is pre-ticked, and no analytics or advertising scripts run until you accept them. The customer account, sign-in and admin areas never load analytics or advertising tags.

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google’s consent mode, so no analytics cookies are set unless you accept them.

If you accept marketing cookies and then book or send an enquiry, we may also send a matching, privacy-protected event to Meta from our server (the Conversions API) so our advert reports are accurate. See our Privacy Policy.
6.Maps and videos

7.Changing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — use the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you turn analytics or marketing off, we delete the related cookies and stored data that our website can remove.
8.Browser controls
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as signing in or online booking, from working.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage adverts in your Meta ad preferences. The ICO explains cookies at ico.org.uk.
