Repairs Guaranteed For A Full Year
When Urgent Drainage Solutions lines, patches or replaces a section of drain, that repair is guaranteed for 12 months from the day we finish. If it fails because of our workmanship or the materials we installed, we come back and put it right free of charge.
Unblocking and jetting are one-off services and aren’t covered — a cleared drain can block again if the wrong things go down it. We explain the cause every time, and our guide to what not to flush helps stop it happening again.

Covered for 12 months
- Drain relining (full-length liners) installed by us
- Patch repairs to cracks, holes and open joints
- Sections of pipe we have excavated and replaced
- Failures caused by our workmanship or the materials we supplied
- The inspection needed to confirm the cause
Not covered
- Drain unblocking and jetting — these are one-off services
- Blockages caused by wipes, fat, nappies, building debris or other misuse
- Ground movement, subsidence, flooding or damage by other contractors
- New root intrusion or defects in sections we didn’t repair
- Defects we reported that you chose not to have fixed

If something isn’t right with a repair, tell us straight away. There’s no form-filling and no charge for checking a guaranteed repair.
