We receive your booking request instantly and show you a booking reference (we email it too, if you gave us your address). We then check the diary and call you to confirm the visit shortly afterwards.
No. We don't charge a call-out fee. The prices shown are guide prices plus VAT, and our engineer confirms the price with you before any work starts.
You choose a 2-hour arrival window and our engineer arrives at some point within it. We'll let you know when they're on the way.

Yes — please call 07300 600 950 at least 24 hours before your arrival window so we can offer the slot to someone else. If you have an online account, you can also request a change there.
Call us on 07300 600 950. We're open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm and take emergency call-outs 365 days a year. Same-day slots aren't always shown online, so calling is the fastest way to get an engineer out.
We mainly work across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. If your postcode is outside our usual area, you can still send the request and we'll call you to see whether we can help.
We need access to the drain, manhole or area we're working on. If you can't be there, add access details to your booking (for example a side gate code) and we'll confirm the arrangement with you before the visit.
