WRc MSCC5 CCTV Coding
CCTV surveys are coded to the WRc Manual of Sewer Condition Classification (5th edition), the UK standard for describing pipe defects, with reports produced in WinCan.
Insurance-Ready Reports
Reports record where each defect is, its type and size, the pipe material and a drain plan — the detail insurers and the Financial Ombudsman expect to see.
Building Regulations Part H
New drainage and repairs follow Approved Document H — the government’s guidance on foul and surface-water drainage, access points and rodent control.
BRE Digest 365 Soakaway Tests
Soakaways are sized from infiltration tests carried out to BRE Digest 365, so they drain as they should in local ground conditions.
