How We Did It
The Challenge
A buyer wanted to know the condition of the drains on an older property with mature trees in the garden.
Our Solution
We surveyed every accessible run with a push-rod camera and produced a written report with images and WRc-coded defects.
The Result
Root ingress and an open joint identified early; the buyer used the report and repair estimate in negotiations.
